Dowase Games Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Dowase!

As a member of the Dowase Community, you have agreed and accepted these Terms of Agreement, and any violation of these terms may result in a suspension of banning of your Dowase Pass.

I. Administration and Moderation
-An Administrator or Moderator, if deemed appropriate, may warn, suspend, or ban your account without warning.
-An Administrator or Moderator may warn, suspend, or ban your account without warning if a violation of this agreement occurs.
-If an Administrator or Moderator misuses this power, by using it without cause, s/he will be removed from power and under careful watch for the next (90) day(s).
-Administrators and Moderators may only use their power to uphold the peace at the Dowase Forum. Any other use is strictly prohibited and will result in a loss of power.

II. Power Users (Donators, FlameHaze, etc.)
-By obtaining the status of a Power User, you have agreed to the following:
  --Content provided by Dowase Staff in the Power User Subforum is provided for your use only. Information, Data, or Application Leaks are prohibited and will result in a loss of Power User Status. Information, Data, and Applications provided by Dowase may not be bought, sold, or shared from a Power User.
  --As a Power User, you hold more power than normal users. This power may not be used for another user or guests benefit. The power may only be used by the Power User for the Power User. Any misuse of power will result in a loss of Power User Status.
  --Benefits gained from Power User Status does not enable to the user to look down upon the other members of the community. All members are treated by equals, and any abuse will result in a suspension.

III. Member Agreement
-As a member of this Dowase Community, you agree to the following.
  --You will not post objectionable material in the community. This community is created to be suitable for users of 13 years or older. Any violations of this rule will result in an immediate ban.
  --You will not spam the forums with any type of material. Useless posts (Or Topics) will result in a warning percentage the moderator deems suitable for the post.
  --You will not post in a topic you have the last post in within a (12) hour period. Exceptions include topic updates. Violations of this rule will result in a warning percentage the moderator deems suitable for the post.
  --You will not post a reply or topic that disrupts the Dowase Community. This includes, but is not limited to, drama, flaming, or trolling. Depending on the severety of the infraction, the user will be given a warning, suspension, or ban.
  --You will not create or use another account on this forum for any reason. You are allowed one (1) account, and no others may be made. Violations of this rule will result in a Permanent Ban of both accounts, IP, username, and hostname.
  --You are allowed to use one (1) avatar and signature to customize your presence here at Dowase. You may not use objectionable material and you must follow the width / height guidelines of these privileges. Any misuse or violations of this rule will result in a warning or ban depending on the severity of the violation.

IV. Soundtrack Downloading Agreement
-If you download one (1) or more of the songs located in any of the soundtracks located on the Dowase Server, you understand:
  --All music is copyrighted by their respective owners. Dowase does not own MapleStory, Survival Project, or any other of the soundtracks located on Dowase.
  --Music located on the Dowase Server may be removed at any time at the request of the original owners.

V. User Information
-This site (Dowase.net) uses cookies and referrer information to store and collect data. This information is kept within the server and may not be gathered by other users nor Dowase Staff.
-This site (Dowase.net) does not give out any personal details, such as your email, name, or IP to other websites or companies. Your information is for verification purposes only and will not be shared with any site other than the forementioned site (Dowase.net).

VI. Changes and Updates
-This agreement may be updated and changed without notice. All users must abide by the most current rules and regulations viewable on Dowase Games (http://dowase.net). Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
